ワインはどちらかというと赤が好き。特に焼きトンにはよく合う。
それも甲州ワイン、ベリーAの一升瓶。
山梨のワインといえば一升瓶が当たり前。だからじゃないけど、ここでは2人で一升が基本としているし、
大将らも「いつものでしょ?」と一応覚えてもらっている。
ハラモワインのベリーAとなると地元でもなかなか手に入らないのだが、こちらでは心置きなく飲める。
一升瓶5000円ちょいかと。
焼きトンは一回切りの注文ルールだが、昔と違いそれで十分なお年頃となってしまった(爆)
相変わらずブロッコリーの茹で加減は絶妙!
