南青山にある「ラ・ブランシュ」さんへ♪
日本フレンチ界の巨匠、田代和久シェフのお店で、1986年開業の名店。
食べログフレンチTOKYO百名店2023選出店、TheTabelogAward2023Bronze受賞店です。
予約サイトやミシュラン等に掲載しないお店のため、夫が電話で予約しました。
お店は2Fにあります。歴史を感じる店内は華美ではないものの、品があり落ち着いて食事を楽しめる空間でした。
平日18時半に伺いましたが、すぐ満席になりました。
ディナーコース、最高でした(*´ω`*)
野菜をはじめ日本の食材が丁寧に料理され盛り付けてあり、芸術のようでした。
30年前から続くスペシャリテ『ヤリイカのズッキーニ詰め』や、看板商品の『いわしとじゃがいものテリーヌ』もいただけて大満足です。
田代シェフは70代で尚現役で、丁寧に各テーブルにご挨拶にきて、お見送りもしてくださいました。お料理だけでなくホスピタリティも素晴らしかったです。

ブランマンジェは記憶に強く残るくらいプルンプルン揺れていて、キャラメルアイスも色が物語る通りに濃厚でした!
