【鮓きずな】明石の食材を使ったスペシャリテと季節の食材。大阪が誇る鮓屋さん。
京橋駅 北側の商店街から少し怪しげな横道に入ったところにある鮓きずなさん。繁華街から離れた立地ながら、人気で予約がなかなか取れない鮨屋さんです。30品前後の肴と握りでコース 13500円と本当にリーズナブルに絶品の鮨が楽しめます。
シャリは古古米を使い印象に残るタイプで、ほぐれ具合・固さが絶妙。明石、淡路島、鳴門など近海ネタはきずなさんらしいスペシャリテに、季節ものが加わり訪問するたびに感動が味わえます。そして、接客も何も文句なし。素晴らしい大阪の誇るお店だと思いますよ!
