かれこれ5〜6年通ってる湯島のくろぎさん。言わずと知れた和の鉄人のお店。行けば行くほどはまってしまうくろぎさん。お料理もさる事ながら、ご本人もたいそう素敵な方です。カウンターで黒木さんのお話を伺いながらいただくお料理は格別。季節毎に通っているので、毎回を楽しみに。
7月の今回は鮎と鱧かなぁと思いながら伺ったところどんぴしゃり(誰にでもわかるか)。私はあまり鱧が好きではないのですが、くろぎさんでいただく鱧は本当に素晴らしく、感動ものです。くろぎさん曰く鱧は韓国産が一番だそうで、この日もこだわりの韓国産でした。

鮎は産地の違いを地図を見ながらいただきました。運動量で肉付きが違いのを確認。笑!
香り豊かな韓国産の鱧はフワフワ。行くたびに確実に進化しているお料理にメロメロです。
お土産にいただくごはんも次の日の朝のお楽しみ。余韻がなが〜い楽しいお食事でした。
次回は9月です。
