上野公園の裏手、上野桜木にある佐渡の郷土料理のお店。
佐渡直送の食材を使用した洗練されたお料理が、この東京で手軽に楽しめます♪
ランチのオススメは1550円の旬のお魚の茶漬け膳。
前菜、ごはん、みそ汁、香物、旬の魚ごまだれ漬け、薬味が付きます。
1000円の旬のお魚のごま丼もありますが、茶漬け膳の方がお得です!
前菜
野菜は全て佐渡に居るシェフのお母さんによる無農薬自家栽培。
ほうれん草の胡麻和え、春菊の卯の花和え、トマト、かぼちゃ、玉子焼き、自家製のお豆腐や蒟蒻などなど。
一品一品がとても丁寧に作られています。
ごはん
お米もまた佐渡のお母さんによる自家栽培のコシヒカリ。
ご飯は硬めに炊かれているのが嬉しい。
僕は普段から土鍋でご飯を炊いていますが、ここのご飯は旨い!
みそ汁
これまた自家栽培の大豆や麹を使い、年に一度家族で仕込んだ味噌を使用しているそうです。
旬の魚ごまだれ漬け
鮪、鯖、鰤、鰹、鰆など、佐渡で水揚げされたお魚をごまだれで頂きます。
このごまだれが濃厚な味付けで旨い♪
肉厚の刺身もねっとりとして旨い。特に〆鯖は絶品でした(〃∀〃)
そして2/3ほど頂いたところで、薬味と共に熱々の茶ダシをかけて、茶漬けでもう一杯♪
当然の事ですが、美味しいお料理には美味しいお酒が必要です^^
ビールやワインもありますが、折角なら佐渡の地酒がオススメです!

ピチピチした舌触りで、すっきりした辛口。
【真野鶴】純米原酒 冷やおろし(半合700円)
濃厚な旨味とキレがあります。
【真野鶴】超辛口純米原酒 冷やおろし(半合750円)
日本酒度+20度を超える超辛口純米酒。
これだけのお料理を東京でお手軽価格で提供してくれるシェフに感謝。
そしてそれを佐渡で支えているシェフのお母さんにも心から感謝です。
菜の花へは一度自分の母を連れて来た事があります。
母は胃癌により胃全摘しているのですが、それでもこちらのお料理を堪能する事が出来ました。
