江戸時代から続く美味しいお酒でしたが・・・
親父さんが体を壊して、しばらく蔵を閉じていました。もう幻になると思って家飲み用の原酒は確保しておきましたが、もうダメかなぁと思っていたら、静岡の志太泉で修行中だった息子さんが小田原で蜂龍盃の名前を継いで無事復活したようです。こちらの蔵はもう醸造はやめて小田原で作ったお酒の販売だけになりました。
写真のように何種類か出ているので、すっかり今風の酒になってしまったんだろうなと心配しながら飲んでみると、にごり酒はあっさりすっきりタイプではなく、アミノ酸たっぷりの風味がある程度残っていました。ここから種麹を神奈川の蔵まで持って行ったんでしょうかね???
貴重なお酒です。こういう酒は本当に珍しくなってしまったので、いずれ東京でも人気が出ると思います。
