北陸新幹線で行く!1泊2日金沢弾丸ツアー<第2日>
つる幸さんが予約できたので、北陸新幹線で金沢に行ってきました。
15,000円(奉仕料15%・席料・消費税別)のコースを13時から予約。
午前中は、主計町茶屋街、ひがし茶屋街、金沢城公園とまわり、そろそろこちらへ向かおうかと歩きはじめると、突然、大雨が~。
タクシーもつかまらず、傘をさしてもぐっしょりと濡れ、やっとの思いで到着すると、あたたかく迎えられ、すぐにタオルを貸してくださいました。
通されたのは2階の梅の間。掘りごたつ式なので、楽です。
香煎茶で一息ついてから、純米酒「加賀雪梅」1,600円とビールの小瓶750円を注文。
名入りの箸置き、つるのマークの刺しゅう入りのナプキンに気持ちが盛り上がりますね~

八寸:蟹の茶碗蒸し 凍らせた蟹みそのせ、シャインマスカットの白和え、五郎金時芋の海鼠腸のせ、いくら、銀杏、フォアグラとりんごのゼリー寄せ、零余子、栗の渋皮煮(いがに見立てた部分も食べられます)
吸物:能登でとれたもみじ鯛と松茸
造り:天然まぐろ、タチウオ、アカイカ、ボタンエビ、甘海老(ラー油風味)、鰤、ヒラメ、バイガイ(梅肉しょうゆ、さしみしょうゆ)
焼物:鰤の塩焼き、トリュフ入りさつま揚げ、オリーヴのもろみ詰め、山芋おろし
強肴:能登牛の柿釜 にんにくチップ
酢物:鱈の白子豆腐 ハタハタの酢漬け
飯:松茸ご飯 秋刀魚の燻製のせ(お替りOK)、赤出汁、香の物(黄ズッキーニ、赤パプリカ、りんご、いぶりがっこなど色とりどり♪)
果物:柿・メロン・梨・ぶどう・ざくろのゼリー、吉はし菓子店の上生菓子、お抹茶
とても丁寧なお仕事、季節を感じる美しい盛り付けと素敵な器、意外な食材の組み合わせ、そしてなによりその美味しさに、ただただ感動いたしました。
特に、八寸の美しさ、鰤の塩焼きの焼き加減・塩加減は、今まで経験したことのないものでした。
想像をはるかに超えた、職人芸です。あ~、金沢に来てよかった~~
角を曲がるまで、ご主人に見送っていただき、まさに加賀百万石のおもてなし。
