2011年夏に初めて訪れて感動したおふたりさま専用の宿
11年ぶりに再訪してみました。
牛タン塩焼きとオリジナルクラフトビールがつく欲張りプラン(和室8畳げんじ)休前日一人29,950円也
夕食のステーキはサーロインではなくランプを選択してみました。
貸切風呂からサルが見えたことに興奮しつつ、夕食会場へ。

米沢ジャックスブルワリーとコラボした「すみれセッションIPA」で乾杯したあとは、嘉ピノシャルドネ4,180円を飲みつつ、米沢牛づくしの創作懐石料理をいただいたわけなのですが・・・
ん?こんなだったっけ??
11年もたてば、こちらも年をとるし、昔と同じように感動することは難しいのかとも思いますが、それ以上に料理の内容がかわってしまったように感じたのが残念でした。ごちそうさまでした。
