2016 冬 里山のオーベルジュに泊まる富山の旅<第1日>
JR東日本の大人の休日倶楽部会員限定「北陸フリーきっぷ」を使い、1泊2日で冬の富山に行ってきました。
なぜ富山?
それは里山のオーベルジュ薪の音に泊まるため。
長らくブックマークしていたお宿にやっと行くことができました。
東京から富山まで北陸新幹線で2時間15分。
富山から高岡まであいの風とやま鉄道で17分。
高岡から城端(じょうはな)までJR城端線で約1時間。
千葉の我が家から5時間かかってたどりついた駅から、無料の送迎をお願いして5分ほどで里山のオーベルジュに到着です。
1日3組限定の小さなお宿。
かまどのある土間で靴を脱ぎ、薪ストーブのあるロビーでお抹茶をいただきます。
上質でゆったりとした雰囲気。癒し系のBGMとあいまって、落ち着きますね~
お部屋は1階のナチュラル・モダンな「枝椿」(53平米)
里山の雪景色を眺められる陶器製の湯船にはお湯がたたえられ、すぐに入浴することができました。
ディナーはグレードアップ(一人2,000円増)して「地産地消 スペシャルフレンチコース」
スパークリングワイン 1,200円で乾杯して、いただきまーす♪
アミューズブーシュ
鰤の燻製、蕎麦粉のクレープ(アボカドとサーモン)、甘海老と大門素麺
「大門素麺」とは砺波市大門地区に伝わる「丸まげ状の手延べ素麺」。輪島素麺の流れをくむ油を使わない手延べ素麺だそうで、茹でる前の和紙に包まれた素麺も持ってきて見せてくれました。素麺よりはやや太くて、コシが強い!お箸でいただけるのもうれしいです。
白菜のババロア 小松菜ソース、南砺産の野菜
白菜の白、小松菜の緑、南瓜のピューレの黄色、フルーツトマトの赤などなど、彩りの美しい一皿。
アンチョビ玉葱オイルをつけても美味。
能登の鰤の炙り アサリのソース
中はレアな鰤と大根を一緒にいただきます。
牛蒡のスープ、玉葱のキッシュと自家製ベーコン
牛蒡の主張はそんなに強くなくて、やさしいポタージュでした。

でたーっ!日本海のノドグロ!!
パリッと焼かれた皮と脂ののった白身、蟹の濃厚なソース、たまりません。

パンとバターもいただいていましたが、やっぱり日本人はご飯でしめなくちゃ!
すでにお腹いっぱいの私は、少なめでお願いしました。しゃっきりと炊かれたかまど炊きのご飯は美味しい♪

食後の紅茶の香りがめちゃくちゃよくて美味しかった!

朝食の主役はなんといってもかまど炊きのご飯。つやつやでしゃっきり!
もちろんお替りいただきました。
おかずもどれも丁寧な作りで、豪華ではないけれど、上質。
ぷるるんとしたデザートのブラマンジェも美味でしたが、昨夜に続いていただいた食後の紅茶がめちゃくちゃ美味です。
甘い香りが素晴らしく、何のフレーバードティーだろうと思ったら、黒部峡谷で再発酵させているダージリンだそう。
帰宅後の調べではグレイス ピースという紅茶専門店のもののようです。これはお取り寄せしなければ!!
大満足でチェックアウトし、城端曳山会館まで車で送っていただきました。
遠いけれど、行ってよかった!
いつかまた、訪れてみたいお宿です。ごちそうさまでした。
