大阪から電車に揺られ約一時間、郡津駅から歩いて15分…やっと着きましたよ
食べログうどん部門日本一、しかも東京から一人麺旅、しかも八月の初P(?)
注文は[ちく玉天生醤油]…食後に連食の予定があるのでセットはお預けです
うどんの茹で時間は圧力鍋で約8分、蒸しが約2分…で、お待ちかねの着丼…
太さは私の知る讃岐系うどんと比べると細目で、瑞々しく透き通る純白色
一本箸で摘み持ち上げ、手で延ばしてみましたが…結構アシが強いですねー
そのまま頂くと、不思議な弾力感を感じます…しっとりしながらも粘る強いコシ
噛むと口の中で存在感が強調します…うどんのコシも様々だと改めて認識
とはいえ、このうどん…不思議な弾力ある粘るコシは喉で踊ります
香りは…とっても新鮮な小麦っぽさを感じる爽やかさ…驚くほど噛み心地よく
喉を啜り抜けるときの清涼感とモッチリとしたチュルチュル感が堪りません・・・
口に入れてから噛んでるだけで楽しく、口中美味しく、喉が美味しく、香りよく
啜っているうちに、他店と小麦の種類が違うのか?圧力鍋のせいか?などと
考えさせられるうどんで私的には女性的でとっても繊細なうどんともいえます
割るとトロトロな黄身を放出する玉天は絶妙加減にうどんを包み込みながら…
…これまた堪りません…思い返すだけでも唾液腺が緩みます
ちく天…衣はカラッと揚がり、踊るうどんとの変化を楽しめますが、このちく天
ナニやら旨いです…お世辞抜きで今まででスペシャルNO'1なちく天食感です
えっ!?「生醤油はどうだったか?」…うどんに驚き過ぎて記憶にありません
艶、柔らかさ、しなやかさ、粘るコシ、伸びるアシ、モッチリ感、歯応え、喉越し
という、うどんの良いところを全て持ち合わせた驚きの大阪絶品うどんでした
美味しかったです…ごちそうさまでした…
