昨日、丁字麩入りのすき焼きの話が出て、是非とも食べたくなりました。そして食べログでこちらのお店を探しあてました。
ラ コリーナ近江八幡から腹ごなしがてら歩いて来ました。
そして着いたこちらのお店、まさに昭和レトロな佇まいです。
時間がお昼過ぎだったので、お客さんは誰もおらず、私ひとりです。
すき焼きを食べに来たので、迷わずすき焼きです。せっかくなので、一番高い一万円のすき焼きにします。
まずは本日食べるお肉の認定書と登記書をいただきます。牛の曽祖父まで記載されています。
私が食べたのは、まる416ちゃん(令和4年4月4日生まれ)です。雌牛の名前はひらがなで、雄牛の名前は漢字なのだそうです。ちなみに雄牛の脂の方が胃にもたれるそうです。
目の前で店主さんが焼いてくれます。
口の中でトロけます。美味しいです。
お酒も頼みます。地元の日本酒(喜楽長)です。
自らお肉を捌くという店主さんの話しを聞きながら、すき焼きをいただきます。
最後は丁字麩にすき焼きの旨みを染み込ませて、完食です。
最高に美味しかったです。
