藤山さんの河豚コースをお願いしました。
結果、これでもかというぐらいに河豚を頂き、本当に最高なコースでした。
まず捌かれた河豚の身の大きさに驚きます。
刺身は何も付けずに身だけ食べても奥深い味がしてきます。自家製ポン酢かあん肝ソースと一緒にいただきました。あん肝ソースだけでも舐めて呑めますね。
白子も刺身と焼きで食感を楽しみました。あと、白子酒も頂けました^ ^白子のコクと旨味がお酒に溶け出した唯一無二の味でした。
身の焼きはタレが芳ばしく、唐揚げはぷりっぷり。
大きなヒレが入ったひれ酒ももちろんお願いします。旨い!
お鍋は白味噌仕立てでしたが、コレがとんでもなく美味しく思い出すだけで顔がにやけます。この出汁で雑炊を2杯。。
河豚以外も季節の料理を4品程出して頂き、至福の時間を過ごしました。
料理だけでなく、店内の設え、藤山さんやスタッフさんの接客態度が凛とした空気を作り出していて、まさしく東にある京都だと思います。大好きです^ ^
来年のこの時期は蟹、河豚どちらのコースにしようかと今から悩んでしまいます 笑
