フレンチ歴の長いシェフが作るラーメン。

サーモンのスープを味わいつつ、人参のエスプーマやバルサミコソースを絡めながら食べるなど、味の変化も楽しめるラーメン。見た目も味もフレンチを感じる逸品。
麺は平打ち麺を選択。モチモチで歯応えが良い。
トリュフオイルに浸った温玉もトッピングにオススメ。
この日の和え玉は、炙りめんたいチャーシュー。ビジュアルも味も350円とは思えないクオリティなので胃袋に余裕がある人は絶対食べた方が良い。
そのままでも十分美味しいし、途中からラーメンの余ったスープに浸して食べるのも良い。
今回は看板メニューの白サーモンを食べたけど、期間限定メニューも毎月美味しそうで、去年はサーモン桃プレミアムが凄く美味しかった。
定番も限定も絶品なのでリピ確。
神楽坂駅からも徒歩1分の近さでアクセスも良い。
