◎ 極・海鮮玉手箱(2人前〜) ¥1,800
玉手箱を開くと煙が出てくる演出でとても映える。中には雲丹、いくら、鮪が入ってる贅沢な逸品。
◎ 刺身5種盛り(2人前〜) ¥2,100
鮪、サーモン、タコなど新鮮なお刺身5種。日本酒の肴にもピッタリ。
◎ 和牛のしゃぶしゃぶ鍋(2人前〜) ¥1,900
大きな和牛を豪快にしゃぶしゃぶできる。豚と違ってレアで食べられるのが良いし大変美味しい。20秒程度のレアが自分好み。ポン酢と胡麻ダレがあるので好みの味付けを選択。
◎ 葱まみれ和牛ゆっけ ¥1,600
A4和牛のユッケ。綺麗なビジュアルと卵黄を割る楽しさもある。玉ねぎがたっぷりかかっているのも嬉しい。卵黄を絡めた和牛ユッケ、当然美味しい。
◎ 大海老の塩焼き(1本) ¥550
殻まで丸ごと食べられるのが特徴。殻を食べることに微かに抵抗があったものの、思ったより食べやすくて良かった。海老自体は美味しいし、殻を剥く面倒な手間も省けるので良い。
◎ 海鮮あひーじょ焼きそば ¥980
一通りフードを楽しんだところで〆の炭水化物として注文。アヒージョの香ばしさが漂う海鮮焼きそば。レモンが合うので苦手じゃなければかけるのがオススメ。
◎ 燻製うずら卵 ¥450
うずら好きなので前菜として注文。燻製の香ばしさが良い。提供までの時間が短いのも前菜向き。
◎ 苺とべりーのかすたーどたると ¥680
程よい甘酸っぱさのカスタードタルト。重くないので〆のデザートに最適。
◎ 日本酒(今回はいずれもグラス)

辛口だけど飲みやすい純米吟醸。
◾︎ 播州一献(兵庫県) ¥380
超辛口と書いてあるがスッキリとする飲みやすさがある。刺身などに合う。
◾︎ 鳳凰美田(栃木県) ¥540
白ワインのようにフルーティーで美味しい。
◾︎ 福海(長崎県) ¥500
香りが良く、フレッシュな味わい。
◾︎ 笑四季(滋賀県) ¥370
ヨーグルトのようなミルキーな香りと、まろやかな口当たりが自分好みの味。
【メモ】
着席したら最初は箸置き選びから。お洒落なものや可愛いものがあっておもしろい。今回は鶴の折り紙のような箸置きを選択。
今回注文したもの以外にも気になる料理が多々あり、メニューが豊富。
