スタッフの方が焼いてくれるので1番美味しい状態で肉を堪能することができる。
牛カツや釜飯も絶品で、お肉に限らず、すべての品が美味しくて満足度が高い。
コース全体を通してボリュームあるので、しっかり空腹で来店すべし。
居心地の良い完全個室は、窓から東京タワーが見えるお洒落な仕様。デートのディナーにも適している。

生のサーロインのとろけるような美味しさと雲丹の旨みを同時に味わえる。
・名物たたみネギタン塩
PONGA名物。ビッシリ詰まったネギは包むような形で蒸し焼きにする。ネギ好きにはたまらない逸品。
・特選肉刺し
ハツ刺しとハラミ刺しは生姜醤油で、レバーはごま油で。
・山形牛特選ヒレステーキ
焼くのが大変そうなくらい厚みのあるステーキ。店員さんが焼いてくれるので食べることに専念。山葵や塩が合う。
