フレンチ激戦区神楽坂の新たな実力派だ!と感じさせるお店です。ル・ブルターニュ、伊勢藤の近くのビルの二階、眺めの良い場所なのも好印象です。でも、それ以上に料理が美味かった!ビジュアル的にも洒落っけのある器に盛られた、料理は正統派のヌーベルキュジーヌで、シェフに聞いたら、リヨンのポール・ボキューズで修行されたとのこと。素材の味の良さを生かしながらもフレンチらしいソースを巧みに加えている印象でした。しかも、抜群のコストパフォーマンスの良さ。すっかり神楽坂の人気店の様ですが、これは納得です。豚肉の低温ローストも赤ワイン(ちょっとマイルドな新潟産胎内ワインです)との相性抜群です。肉の美味さとソース絡みが絶妙でした。また、行きたいなあ。(^_^)
