年末にわいん食堂44に行くことは定番になってしまいました。
美味しい料理の数々を堪能したのですが、今回はパスタを特に美味しくいただきました!まず、カルボナーラをいただきましたが、クリーミーさの中にチーズとベーコンの塩気を絡ませるのは流石シェフ!という印象です。このカルボナーラはワインを飲んでも、飲まなくても美味しくいただけると感じさせるバランスなんです。同様に胡椒がタップリきいたペペロンチーノもなんとも言えない品の良い辛さ、いや辛美味い感じですね。白ワインも合いますよ。そして、大人のナポリタンは......ナポリタンをイタリア人が作ったら.....この様に鷹の爪を入れて辛くするだろうなあ、そう感じさせます。赤ワインと共に召し上がれ。この前までは、パスタはあまり食さなかったのですが、今回はパスタに注視してみたら、やっぱり美味かった!
