お願いしたのは、おまかせ8品コース(7,000円)。
料理はどれもおいしい。
特にお造りにあった白海老がすばらしい。
惜しいのは日本酒のラインナップ。
十四代、黒龍、田酒など無難なものばかりで、しかも安くはない。
食材が富山にこだわっているだけに、いっそのこと富山の酒だけでいいのでは?
これらメジャーな酒は別の店でも飲めるので、ほたるいか酒(800円)やわさび酒(800円)をいただく。
料理によく合い、気持ちよく酔えた。
