8か月振りのさいとうさん。
平日ランチの訪問です。
前回おうかがいした時に予約を入れて帰ったのですが、夜はもう予約は取れませんでした。
この日は夜にもなんばさんにお誘いいただいていたので、仕事はお休みにしちゃいました(笑)
橋場さんの個室へ。
もうすっかり板につかれた感じ、いつでも支店出せちゃいそうですが、
客としては、隣に斎藤大将のつけ場があるので、タネの安定感があるのが嬉しいですね。
この日は夜もお鮨なので、おまかせの15貫の握りのみにしました。
内容は以下の通り。

鮨種は、価格のはるタネがやや少ない以外は夜と同じだと思います。
私には違いがわかりません。
王道の握り。タネはどれも一流鮨屋しか入手できないレベルの質で
きちんと処理されている。この握りを不味いという人がいるのでしょうか。
お会計時に驚きました。
なんと約10年前に来た時と同じ1万円でした。
昔はリーズナブルな価格設定だった鮨屋がブレイクすると2〜3倍くらいの価格設定になるというのは
よくあることなのですが、
鮨を食べ慣れた今でもこんなに美味しいと感じる鮨が、鮨バブルのさなかで
10年前と同じ価格とは・・・・・・・。
但し、自力で次の予約は取れませんでした(涙)
