前回と大きなコースの流れは変わらず。
ハマグリの沢見椀は貝の出汁が出ており、前回よりも滋味深いお味に。
ブリのソテーは、最初は和食屋でこれが?という気持ちでしたが、皮目をパリパリに焼いて、大根おろしに山椒がベストマッチ。ブリのクセを山椒が上手く隠しており、これは名采配ですね。
お鍋の鴨も厚切りにしてあり、食べごたえ十分。火入れもはんなりとベストでした。筍は中国産とのことですが、十分に甘く香りも良い。
徐々に予約も取りづらくなってきた印象です。
