いつもながらフライングでの訪問
PM5時40分に到着してしまいました
名鉄岐阜駅界隈と違い
ほんの少しばかり離れた

正直寂れております
てら田さんも外観からは
オーラ感じられませんが
入り口には本日満席のご案内
やはり人気店 予約が必須です
店内は調理場を挟んで奥に長いカウンター席
奥には二テーブル程の間仕切り個室が有ります

出汁は充分に出ております
濁りの無い出汁汁
私儀的には鯛の炙り
これが曲者か 火が入り過ぎ
身肉が硬い 甘鯛的なお品が良いのです
造り
いくら 鯛 サーモン 鮪と素材は良く
一番の目玉は泡醤油
手前と奥の二箇所に盛られてますが
味の濃度が違います
泡醤油なるものに山葵を適度に混ぜて
いただきましたが泡の効果は初体験
中々気に入りましたね〜
桜海老と帆立のかき揚げ
お塩と天つゆにて味わい
この辺りで結構な満腹感です
ここから鱈の親子焼き
黒毛和牛の治部煮と続きます
鱈の親子焼き
鱈の白子焼きと鱈の西京焼き
この時期の白子はとってもクリーミーです
〆のお食事は

寿司飯は赤酢使用で
これ又私儀の好み 良き慣れ具合です
