マガジンハウスの編集部から一番近い?! こちらのお店のことは、ノーマークでしたので
特集で紹介されていた おまかせコース「椿」(7,500円)を食べに行きました。
まぁまぁ銀座の美味しいモノ情報は見逃さないようにしているのですが、ノーマークだったのは不覚。
コロナ禍後半の2022年11月にオープンされたそうですが、コロナ禍でも強かった「勝ち組」飲食店は
予約制の高級店と、換気が抜群な焼肉店と、もともと孤食が多いラーメン店だったとか(余談)
そしてコロナ禍以降、色々と控えていた生活だったので、たまーの外ごはんは贅沢しちゃっています(笑)

リーズナブルなランチの鮨ネタは、定番のネタと旬のネタと半々くらいで、ヒカリモノも白身も赤身も貝柱も焼きアリ
私だとちょっとお腹いっぱいくらいで、男性だとちょうどよいボリュームだと思いました。満足です♬
大将は東京の名店で長く修行され、満を持して独立された「江戸前職人」さん。新豊洲の老舗鮪卸しの
「やま幸」のマグロをランチに、若者向けなリーズナブルな価格で食べられるなんてラッキーです★
担当してもらった若い板前さんは、ご実家もお寿司屋さんだという島根県出身の方で、
家業を継ぐために東京へ修行に来られたとのこと。江戸前の仕込みなど関西以西側ではしないことも多くて
びっくりされたそうです。頑張って~。
お店の公式ページに載っていた女将さん、大将、若い板前さんの御三方のおもてなしがとても居心地よく
また食べに来たくなる、次は夜を予約したくなる・・・好感が持てるお店でした。
