磯子来たら天ぷら食わな帰れん!ってことで、30年来の師匠と共に。予約してあったのでカウンター席へ。どのネタも新鮮なお造りをアテにスタート。赤貝と海苔が美味すぎ、生サバも久しぶり。天ぷらは食材に合わせて絶妙に火入れされ絶品。穴子はホクホク、骨せんべいのアクセントが良い。アスパラ、お茄子、ホタテ、マキ海老とすべてが旨い。また大将の包丁捌きが凄まじい!アジのタタキが秒で完成((((;゚Д゚))))))) だが、一手間は抜かりない。ラストは希少な稚鮎と名物かき揚げで。気さくな大将との会話も絶品。隠れ家名店、リピ必至!
