予約の上往訪。あんこう鍋・おじやなど全て食べごろ采配を仲居さんがやってくれるので安心して美味しくいただける。
江戸前であんこう鍋をいただいたのは初めてだったが,ひきわりだしの味が大変良く,敢えて例え
るなら,てっちりをすき焼き風で喰らうが如し,但し(とらふぐに比し)皮が厚くてゼラチンちゅるちゅる,きも刺しは大きくて独特のトロミと風味が楽しめる,きっと日本全国どこの人でもおいしくいただけるんじゃないかなぁ~というのが感想。
前菜のサザエは中ぶりで味付けが良く(本来サザエが苦手な私もつるんといける味),コース副菜の唐揚げととも和えも質が良くて大満足。
建屋は風流で陽気と活気に溢れていて,これまたなんだか時代劇のヒーロー気分になれる良いお店。
