数年前(?)に挙げた結婚式後の食事会でお邪魔するようになってから以来 記念日近くに伺っているお店です。
一品一品のお値段も決して安くはありませんが,落ち着いて おいしい中華料理がいただけるお店です。
1Fでは中国楽器の生演奏(二胡または揚琴)をしていて,とっても良い雰囲気で中華料理がいただけます。
【富麗華黒排 (黒酢の酢豚)】
このお店の料理で(私が)一番好きな逸品です。
独特の黒酢の酸味,豚肉脂のジューシーな甘みの絡みが何とも言えず美味しいと思います。
【北京片皮鴨(北京ダック)】
1/2(片身)で5片の春巻状の巻物(?)が取れます。
率直に言って 香港(返還前)の月●廊,上海の老●京 のものよりこちらのものの方が,皮が薄くカリっと揚がっていて美味だと思います。
【什錦湯麺(五目タンメン)】
中華醤油ベースの独特のコクのあるスープ(湯)だけでも美味しくいただけます。
麺は粒を大き目に挽いた粉が練り込まれていて,パラッとした食感です。
ただ日本のラーメンの麺と違い,ダレて(のびて)くるのが若干早いようですので,ぱぱっと頂いてしまいたい麺です。
