今年も仕事納めの日はここで〆。
コースをオーダーしたけど、
半分くらいは去年と同じ内容。
・卯の花煮、牛蒡の茶わん蒸し
・鶏の昆布〆
・こめたまの出し巻き玉子
・蓮根焼き
・大根煮の湯葉と蕎麦の実餡かけ
・媛っこ地鶏と千住葱の塩焼き
と蕎麦という内容。
追加で、
・鶏もつ有馬煮
を頂きました。
蓮根焼きのおいしさが印象的。
蕎麦は、私が田舎、妻は2色をいただきましたが、
ここの田舎、やっぱりすごいね・・・
田舎のなかの田舎、ド田舎な蕎麦だけど、これがうまい。
ラーメンで言うと、バリカタって感じ。
日本酒も4種類いただきました。
最後においしいお酒を頂き、今年の食べログへの書き込みは終了。

仕事納め終了後、西新橋にあるこのそば屋で妻としっぽりと飲んだ。
この店が、今年度最後の夕食の外食になると思うが、実にいい店で〆ることが出来た。
カウンター7席のこじんまりとした店。
大将が一人で手際よく料理とお酒を出してくれる。
おまかせのコース(3,600円)をお願いしたが、
蕎麦前が充実していて、非常においしくお酒が頂けた。
出てきた料理は次のとおり。
・ごぼうの茶わん蒸し、こんぶ、にしんの煮つけ
ごぼうの茶わん蒸しなんて、食べたことありませんでしたが、実においしい。
ムースみたいな料理ですが、これにはやられました。
・鶏ささみの昆布しめ
うまい。昆布しめが効いているし、鶏自体もうまうま。
で、ポン酢で食べるのが、また、これが合っている。
・出汁巻玉子
色が色っぽいのよ。作るのを見ていると、玉子の黄身がやや白い玉子に見えた。
こんな玉子焼き初めて。
で、お味も鶏のダシが効いていてうまうま。
・手羽のトマト煮
手際よく作るねって思った。普通、そば屋でこんなの出てこないよ。
・ゆば焼き
これにもやられた。炭で焼いたゆばとタレの相性が抜群。
・媛っこ地鶏と千住葱の塩焼き
めっちゃ歯ごたえのあるしっかりした鶏。
先日食べたかしわの川中の鶏と同様の歯ごたえ。
で、最後にそば。
二色もり(田舎&せいろ)をチョイスしたが、
この田舎にやられた・・・
ものすごい極太。最高やね。
せいろも悪くないっていうか、おいしい。
蕎麦前よし、蕎麦よし、それに加え、この店のすごいのは日本酒よしなところ。
妙の華(三重)っていうのと、宋玄(石川)っていうのを燗でいただき、
風の森(奈良)っていうのを冷やで頂いたけど、全てうまうま。
特に、「風の森 こぼれ酒 純米笊籬とり」、これ、スパークリング日本酒って感じでとてもここちよいお酒。
いや、実にいいお酒が飲めた。1年を締めくくるにふさわしいおそばでした。
