今年も梅雨時期の最高のシーズンにお誘いを受けて
日の出さんの蛤懐石コースを楽しみました。
今回もぶったまげるほど美味しいはまぐり料理の連続に
お酒も会話も進んで最高に楽しい時間が過ごせました。

友達からの素敵な計らいで桑名で蛤料理の有名店に
梅雨時期の最高のシーズンに行くことができました。
此方は桑名駅からタクシーで1メーターの距離です。
今回は7名の素敵な仲間たちで宴が始まります。
料理の内容は、
【蛤会席:税込9,072円】
◆口取り◆
サーモンマリネ、枝豆、海老黄身煮、蛤鳶飛子添え、
酒盗チーズ、蟹湯葉巻、生ハムエリンギ
口取りから手が込んでてテンションが上がります。
◆椀盛 蛤潮汁(蛤、芽葱、木の芽)◆
すごく出汁が効いてて驚くほど美味しいです!!
こんな美味しい潮汁は初めて味わいました。
◆向付け(縞鯵、伊勢鮪、あしらい一式)◆
縞鯵の鮮度も良く、伊勢鮪は養殖とは思えないほど
脂が乗っててとても美味しいです!!
◇ピノブラン・プランタン◇
1本目はスッキリとした味わいの白で蛤料理に合わせます。
◆焼物 焼蛤◆
3〜4年ものの天然焼蛤ですが身はぷっくらしていて
驚くほどジューシーでめっちゃ美味しいです!!
ハマグリバルの焼きハマわんこと全然違いました。
◆揚げ物(蛤磯辺揚げ、ししとう)◆
蛤磯辺揚げは海苔の香ばしさと蛤の旨みがベストマッチ!!
もう美味しすぎてワインが止まらんばい。
◆蛤一人鍋◆
強烈な旨みの余韻が残る出汁がなんともいえない美味しさです!!
◇シャブリ・プルミエ・クリュ◇
2本目は辛口ワインのシャブリで楽しみます。
◆強肴 蛤バター焼き機◆
◆お食事 時雨釜飯◆
風味が素晴らしく何杯でも食べられる美味しさです!!
二杯目はひつまぶし風にすると最高でした。
◆留椀 蛤赤味噌仕立て◆
天然蛤の赤だしなんて初めて味わいましたがアサリよりも
遥かに旨みが濃厚でめっちゃ美味しかったです!!!

これにて蛤会席コースはおしまい。
今回が初となる日の出さんの料理にぶったまげました!
まさに「百聞は一見に如かず」とはこのことなんですね。
北海道育ちの僕にとっては馴染みのなかった蛤料理ですが
最初から最後まで感動する最高の時間が過ごせました。
今度は蛤しゃぶしゃぶを味わいに再訪したいと思います。
