予約の全く取れない丸の内にある人気の寿司店に
友達からの素敵なお誘いがあって行ってきました。
店内は木の温もりのある落ち着いた大人な雰囲気。
最初に、大将が本日のネタを見せてくれますが、
特に本鮪は素晴らしく、輝いて見えました!!
今回のコースは、

高ぶる気持ちを抑えながらスタートです。

最後はアイスが出てコースはおしまい。
大将が旬の魚を最大限に生かした繊細な料理に舌鼓し
ビールやワインがどんどん進んじゃいました。
そして、握りはスーパーストライク!
とびっきりの極上のネタにシャリは口の中でふわっと
とろける素晴らしい食感でめっちゃ美味しいです!!
今回は約3時間にもなる卓越した料理と握りの数々に
仲間と会話も弾んでとても楽しい時間が過ごせました。
