薄暗い日曜日の暁刻に誘う行灯が目印となりました。
和情緒の趣きある小庭を横目に扉を紐解き、玄関先で、先程連絡差し上げた者ですが!っと連れの口火で案内されます。
基本!完全予約制の様で先の電話にて、たまたま2名分のお食事の用意とお部屋の空きがあったので幸運な来店の運びと相成りました!!
アプローチを抜け個室に入りドリンクとお酒をチョイスして宴は厳かに始まります!!!

あん肝の擦り流し・鮭の南蛮漬け・牡蠣ポン酢。
あん肝は裏ごしされた物を食べ易く整え、風味豊かな味わい!
お造り、
本鮪トロ・鯛・松皮造り・甘エビ・ツマの海藻素麺。
この時期のトロは脂もしつこさが無く絶品!ツマにあしらわれた海藻素麺の歯ごたえは面白い食感!
小鉢、
蛸の桜煮と鱈子と生麩の炊合せ。
少し甘く炊かれた蛸は田舎風な味付け!
青海苔餡の茶碗蒸し。
茶碗蒸しに掛かる青海苔餡の風味がより一層味わいを引き立たせます!
焼物、
蟹の甲羅焼き。

連れは様々な日本酒を楽しんで優雅な一時を堪能致しまして、お一人5000円程度の具合だそうです!
