お次は縁起の良さそうな富士山絵柄が入った大皿に繊細な細工が施された前菜が登場!
まるでお皿から波が飛び出すかのような造形と桜の花びらと蝶々を模した演が出粋ですね
何だが崩すのが勿体無いですが美味しく頂きました
そして名水が湧き出す水面を切り取ったかのようなガラス製のお皿の真ん中に収まっているのは鹿児島産のブリが岩海苔を纏ったお造り
