１年ぶりのBar Leather Apron。
開店と同時に入店できるよう予約しておいて正解だった。
テーブル席を含めてあっという間に満席だ。
今年は、オーナーにもお会いすることができ、念願だった彼のカクテルを飲むこともできた。
バーテンダーとしての技術、ホスピタリティ、何よりも場を作り上げる能力が極めて高い。
一部の客にべったりではなく、全体に気を配り、楽しませる。これこそがプロのサービスだろう。
あまりに楽しくて、食事を控えている身にもかかわらず、たかが２時間で、4杯も飲んでしまった。
日本のBarに感動し、日本の材料を多く用いて作られるカクテル。
Old Fashonedには自家製の和三盆シロップ。
Yuzu Sourはその名の通り。しかもグラスは達磨だ。
正直、観光ついでのBar初心者が来るにはハードルが高い。
だが、Barが日常の一部になっている人なら、きっと楽しい旅の思い出ができるだろう。
ここに来るためにまた海を越えたい。そこまで思わせてくれる最高のBar。
