千葉旅1日目。ホテル近くのお店を食べログで4時前後に探して、当日という事で2,3軒に満席で断られた後、やっと予約が取れました。
居酒屋系が好みの夫と、昼がうどんだったので夜はイタリアン?という気持ちの私の希望を擦り合わせながら、お手頃価格で評価も高い、中華とか日本料理とかを巡った末の焼鳥店。
このお店が広さ、清潔感、素材の新鮮さ、スタッフの本気度とおもてなし心など、なかなかの掘り出し店でした。
部位自体の個性を味わう為、基本タレより塩。時に生姜、時に山椒でアクセント。自分でも1本の途中で唐辛子を足したり。野菜やパテも美味しく、慣れない土地(でも、最近毎年来てるけどww)への旅疲れを癒して頂きました。
