こちらでの収穫の最盛期は、だいたいお盆の頃から始まるそうですが
少し早いのは周知のうえ、期待を胸に抱き
野を越え山を越えやって参りました
ここまでの道のりは険しく、日光いろは坂を上り、中禅寺湖、戦場ヶ原を越え奥日光へ
更にそこから、いくつものヘアピンカーブが続く金精峠を下り、やっとこさ約3時間
ついに見えてきたよ~、
「とうもろこし」と書かれたいくつもの看板!
ここから直売所が点在する数キロの間は
通称「とうもろこし街道」と呼ばれています
今回はその中でも評判のよい「清水屋」さんに伺いました
もちろん農家直営のお店です!
もぅ他のお客さんが、焼きもろこしを頬張ってます

コンテナから取り出したのは朝にもぎった
ピカピカのやつ✨新鮮そのものです
皮を剥いたら直ぐに炭火の焼き台に並べ
焦げ目が付いたらハケでササッと生醤油を塗って、出来上がり~
いい香り、あまじょっぱくて美味しいね
頬張ると汁がピュッと飛びます!
焼きもろこし。家庭では、なかなか出来ないので更に美味しく感じますね
山の空気も最高('∀`)
お土産で10本購入、調理には色んな熱の入れ方があるけども
アルミホイルに包み、鍋で蒸すのがオスメスみたいです
薄皮を1枚残してレンチンするのはお馴染みですね
たいらは、やっぱり
塩を入れた熱湯で、茹でて食べるのが1番好きです
直売所のお母さんに、ぬか漬けのレシピも教わったので、早速やってみようかな。
