カウンター7席の新地のおすし屋さん。白木のカウンターに源右衛門窯の陶板が綺麗に映えます。
ご主人の佐伯さんはのぐちにいらっしゃった方だそうでこの道20年のベテラン職人さん。

皆美味しかったです。一番印象的だったのが蛍烏賊のしゃぶしゃぶ。
活きのほたる烏賊を手際よく下処理(目と嘴をとって)してさっと湯通ししたもの。これは絶品でした!
爽やかに生姜醤油で頂きました。
鮑は三陸産の黒鮑。小鍋で出汁あんと若布と一緒にさっと熱をとおして、そのまま、もしくは
肝ダレで頂きます。
握りの赤酢のシャリもツンツンこないまろやかな風味のもの、飽きが来ない感じでよかったです。
ネタももちろんええ仕事してはって皆美味しかったです。
