最初にこちらに訪れたのは2008年の5月。
初訪問時よりその卓越した料理のセンスに感嘆し、以降何度か足を運びました。
すると暫くして「ミシュランガイド」で一つ星を獲得され、
それから中々予約も取り辛くなりご無沙汰しておりました。
今回は約3年4ヶ月ぶりの訪問。
コースは28年3月現在8千円と5千5百円の二種類。
後者でお願いしておきました。
お料理の内容は
・ホワイトアスパラの茶碗蒸し
・季節の野菜 蕗味噌
・お造り 和歌山産カジキマグロ、焼き鯖
・軍鶏のつくね、竹の子煮
・焼き魚、桜鱒 菜の花
・和牛の柳川鍋
・食事
・酒粕のアイス、ゆずと生姜のジュレ
皆とても美味しいです。どれも優しい仁の味でした。
特に竹の子が素晴らしかったです。やっぱり来て良かった。
次回は出来るだけ間をあけず再訪したいと思います。
