日曜のお昼に。一年半ぶりの再訪です。
今回もカウンター9名中6名が外国人。そんな感じ。

#筋子の味噌漬け、げそ、鯛の酒盗、蟹の土佐酢ジュレ、たこ

#赤身、こはだ、鰆 玉葱醤油漬け
#帆立、雲丹、穴子
とにかくここのお寿司はシャリの塩梅、硬さ、ほぐれ方が最高に好み。
ネタもみな美味しかったですが、つまみの筋子の味噌漬け、
お寿司では鰆の玉ねぎ醤油漬けが印象に残りました。
お会計は日本酒一合(杉勇)含めて18000円。
また是非再訪したいです。
