銀座八丁目にあるこぢんまりとしたお鮨屋さん。毎朝ご主人自ら築地に行って仕入れてくるとびきりの魚介を惜しげもなく使った旬のお鮨がいただけます。
白木のカウンターを中心としたコンパクトな造りの店内は、ご主人の目配り・気配りが行き届いた心地よい空間。ご主人との距離感が絶妙で、終始リラックスして食事ができます。
おいしく食べさせるために鮨の温度にも細心の注意を払っておられたり、鮨めしも鮨だねに合わせて2種類を使い分け、ショウガも食感や香りの異なるものを2種類手作りしたりなど、手間暇を惜しまずにこだわり抜いたお仕事をされています。
