そして、博多ツアーの〆は昨年末にリニューアルしたというこちらのお店に。
焼とり八兵衛といえば、博多串焼きの草分け的なお店。
以前にも焼とりの八兵衛 天神店に伺ったが素晴らしいお店でした。
そんな八兵衛の新店舗。
こちらのお店は、コースのみの提供とのこと。
コースは2種類。
通常の5000円コースと、ショートコースは4000円。
それにバイザグラスのワインペアリングをつけると+4200円。
フルフルのコース(5000円コースとバイザグラスコース)でお願いしました。笑
一杯目は生ビールで。ドリンクのアラカルト注文も可能です。

充実しています。これで5000円はリーズナブルです。
これにベストなワインとペアリングしてくれるのがバイザグラスコース。
贅沢ですね。丁寧に説明しながら提供してくれます。
前菜から最後の締めまでバランスがよく、ちょうどおなかがいい感じになるようになっています。
フォアグラ大根は絶品でしたね。あと猪のつくねは初めて食べましたがまったく臭みなどなく美味しかったです。
最初から最後まで手抜きのないフルコース。
堪能致しました。
