友人がこちらのお店の内装を手がけたということから、その友人&同級生の三人で行ってきました。(実は僕、建築学科卒だったりします)
知人のひいき目なしに、木のぬくもりを感じる非常にオシャレな店内だと思います。
その友人は何度も何度も来ていて超常連さんです。
ご主人やおかみさんとも和気あいあい。
そんな雰囲気に調子に乗って、石川県の「常きげん」という日本酒を上機嫌にたらふくいただきました☆(他にも奈良・風の森、広島・宝剣もいただきました)
そして、なんと言ってもアテが全部美味かった。
とくにお魚。カレイの一夜干しにせよ、もう一個の塩焼きにせよとにかく美味いんです。それでさらに酒はすすみます。
・よこわのヅケと平目の昆布ジメ
・下仁田ネギの天ぷら
・カレイの一夜干し:シンプルに美味い。一番早くなくなった気がする。
・○○○の塩焼き(魚忘れちゃいました)
・塩豆(ひよこ、パンダ、うずら、金時、白花黒)
・セコガニの味噌焼き:焼いた味噌の香りと卵の食感が最高でした。
・浦村カキ太白油漬:白いごま油漬けにしたカキはちょっと固めなんですが、その油の風味とあいまってなんとも言えません。
・杉木村直伝鯖なれずし:発酵食品。すごい酸味と塩気が強く、ちびちび食べないと危険(笑)
・蛸と牛蒡のかき揚げ
・むかご入り白子豆腐:地味ですがむかごの粘りと白子豆腐の滑らかさの対比は一食の価値あり。
・納豆の塩辛:これ食ってるときに話題になりましたが、関西人が納豆苦手って嘘じゃないですか?僕の周りには食える人多いんですけど。
・蛸の粕漬け焼き
・稲庭うどん・あさりと海老のペペロンチーノ
・まぐろの漬け茶漬け:なんと蕎麦茶で。香ばしくてあっさりしてて〆にぴったりです。
いやぁ、久しぶりの友人らと良い食事でした。
いつも通り食い過ぎ(笑)
若干調子に乗り過ぎておかみさんらを困らせた気もしますが・・・(すいません)
いずれにせよまた訪れたいお店です。
