元祖"鰹の塩たたき“のお店。日本屈指の清流四万十川の川の幸を使ったメニューがたくさんあります♪
鰹の塩たたきは高知市内でたくさん食べたので、今回はタレをオーダーしました。とても肉厚なカツオは食べ応え満点でした(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) タレは酸味が強くなく、あっさりとした味で食べやすく美味しかったです。ただ、こちらのお店は塩たたきが有名なので次回は塩たたきを食べてみようと思います。
青さの天ぷらは1番美味しい一品かもしれません!
青さの香りが口の中に広がり、四万十の青さは絶品です( ´∀`)
鮎の塩焼き、塩は少々多めでしたがぷりっぷりで大きな鮎で美味しかったです。大阪ではこんな鮎はなかなか食べられないです。
川えびの唐揚げも美味しい( ˊ̱˂˃ˋ̱ )こんな川えび見たことないです。
チャンバラの煮物も食べました。チャンバラ貝は初めて食べましたが高知の名物みたいです。これは酒の肴にぴったり♪
牛陶板焼き、お肉が柔らかくて美味です。海産物だけでなくお肉も美味しいんですね。
気まぐれサラダもおすすめです。生ハム、クリームチーズ入りのサラダに自家製ドレッシングがかかっています。彩りもよく野菜がたっぷり食べられます。
四万十の食材は高知市内よりも更に新鮮で美味です。
四万十川の川の幸、どれもとても美味しくて大満足でした(╹◡╹)♡
