めちゃくちゃ美味しい天麩羅が食べたい!ということで行ってきました。中目黒駅から徒歩3分ほどの場所にあります。しっかり事前に予約済みです。
どこだろうとお店を探していると「天麩羅 みやしろ」のユニフォームを着た従業員の方を店前で発見。外観は昔ながらの日本家屋そのものです。看板や暖簾がしっかり掲げられているわけではなく、ポストに小さく店名があります。これは初見だと見逃してしまいそうです笑
18:00ぴったりにて入店。
趣のある外観とは異なり店内はかなり綺麗で落ち着いています。BGMもないです。驚いたのがお客さんが私たち以外全員外国人だったこと。確かに天麩羅と言えば日本らしい料理ですもんね。後ほど店主に尋ねたところ、ミシュランガイドに掲載されているので外国人人気が高いんじゃないかということでした。
コースは一つのみ、全員が同じものを同じペースで食べ進めます。静かな店内に天麩羅のパチパチ揚げられる音が響きます。耳から気持ちいい笑

天麩羅を中心に日本らしい料理を堪能できるコースです。外国の方に提供される際も英語で食べ方や食材の説明を丁寧にされているのが印象的でした。天麩羅の奥深さと真髄をしっかり体験できること間違いなし!特に美味しかったのは車海老の天麩羅、稚鮎の天麩羅、シャトーブリアンの天麩羅です!揚げ物なのに全然重くないのでいくらでも食べられてしまいそうだ。食材と料理人の皆さまに感謝。ごちそうさまでした。
