東京でずっとふぐ料理をやってきた店主の腕は間違いないです
岡山でも独自の仕入れルートを確立させたようで、安定してとらふぐが入るようです
桃太郎線東総社駅から歩いて7分程なんですが、運行本数が少ない為なかなか行けません
気の会う仲間の「ふくを味わう会」でハンドルキーパーも居たので久しぶりの参加です
ふくのコースは 年々トラフグの値上がりが続いて値上がりしてますが6900円でお願いしました
まずは刺身からですね 量はおまけしてもらってる気がします
皮の湯引きも多めでうれしいです~♪
これだけでも純米酒2合半飲んじゃいますねwww
その前にお通しがありますが、ベイカと菜の花の酢味噌和え
立春朝しぼりは(2000円払って)持ち込みさせてもらいました
そして唐揚げに鍋とシメの雑炊がコースです
もちろん女将が具材を入れてくれます
フルサービスでこの値段は また来年も食べたくなります
