食べに行っただけで自慢できるお店『たかむら』さん
この時期なので何度も延期してようやく行くことができた
このたかむらさんの予約日に合わせて秋田でのスケジュール組み立てたくらい待ちに待っていた
日本料理でトップ級の評価を得ているお店は軒並みお値段が30000~50000ぐらいなのに対しこの『たかむら』さんは別格の13000円。この値段で高評価を得るのはそれはそれは難しいこと。
高級食材で半分味は決まったもの。(所謂高くて旨いは~ってやつ
残りの半分は料理の腕で勝負なんだけどこのハンディ値段で高クオリティの品を出すのは腕で勝ち取った証

今回はあえて書きません
★おまかせ13000円(抜き)
・写真を見ればわかると思うが今風で言うインスタ映えのするような色彩豊かな色であり盛り付け、賛否ありそうだけどビーフシチューも出たり枠を超えた美味しいものへの追求。口に入れるまでどんな味かわからない
調理法、材料含めとても勉強されてる店主かと思う
驚きと楽しさ、美しさと美味しさ。
色んなものをいっぺんに味わえる。
たった13000円で。
良い体験をさせてもらった。
またうかがって今度はスペシャリテ食べたいなぁ
