創業明治30年のうなぎ久保田。
昭和48年、住宅の神様といわれた宮脇檀(みやわきまゆみ)氏に設計された店舗。
2階に上がると畳の座敷にテーブルといった変わった雰囲気。

うなぎと酒を味わうという乙なひと時だった。
肝焼きは独特の苦味の中に香ばしさと旨味が凝縮。
酢で締まったうなぎとキュウリの清涼感がさっぱり爽やかな酸味をくれる。
上うな重は米の硬さも鰻の香ばしさも程よくタレの甘味、しょっぱ味も抜群だった。
贅沢な時間...日本に生まれてよかったね。
乙な時間だねいつも仕事お疲れ様だね。
時には自分の労をねぎらう事も必要ですね。
