暫く振りの生ラム、かなり前から気になってたお店を訪問
メニューには、サーロインやテンダーロインなどの希少部位もありましたが、今日はロースとショルダーをいただきました。
お通しの枝豆と、ニラキムチでビールをグイッと。
メインの肉は直ぐに提供です。
鉄板に脂を馴染ませてロースをON
炭火の火加減はいい感じ
周りに野菜を載せて、滴る脂で焼いていきます。
焼き上がったロースをパクっと食べたら…
こりゃ美味〜い!
二人前などあっという間、直ぐにショルダーを追加
やや脂身の多い部位ですが筋感は全くなし、これも野菜とともに美味しくいただきました。
意外なところに生ラムの名店
もしかして仙台で一番かもしれません。
再訪間違いなし
