お酒は一杯目の生ビールと日本酒を三つ
お通し代わりに蛸の柔らか煮で始まり、毛ガニは特棒と肩の解し
蒸物の石巻万石浦の牡蠣は中がレアでプリプリ、大船渡の豆腐も大豆の味が濃く牡蠣の風味に合ってます。
ありゃりゃ…お造りの画像が翔んでしまいました。
ちなみに内容は、石巻産天然シマアジ、同じく石巻産サゴシ、そして気仙沼産のカツオとメカジキ
真イカが不漁で久しぶりに仕込んだという塩辛は最高の仕上がり、イカゴロの風味でお酒も進みます。
ユメカサゴの潮煮は正に和風アクアパッツァ、カサゴの旨味が煮汁に滲みて、スプーンで完飲です。
蒸し鮑の冷製は父上から引き継いだ至極の逸品
そして、全て東北産の地物を使ったおまかせ握り
