北千住にある豆腐とお惣菜の店、宇豆基野(うずきの)。
本店にはお惣菜コーナーに併設して工場があるのだが、店の一角で土日祝のみ9時〜と12時〜の2回転で「宇豆基野ブランチ」2800円(税込)を提供している(なお2月より200円値上げ、それでも安い)。
予約はかなり困難で、毎月1日より3ヶ月後の予約を受け付ける。
かれこれ5回目くらいでだいぶパターンも読めて来ているんだけど、
湯葉プールから自分で湯葉をすくったり、目の前で豆乳ににがりをいれて寄せ豆腐を作ったり、
炊きたての土鍋ご飯を見せて回ったり、わらび餅も目の前で出来立てを提供するなど、
とにかくライブ感がすごいのよねえ。
で、1品1品の量もものすごくて2800円とは思えない満足度の高さ!
最初の豆乳ジュースも今回さらに量が多くまるでプロテインドリンクかのようだったし、
サラダも進化していて豆乳ドレッシングなるものがなかなかよかった。
最初にでてくる湯葉3品と寄せどうふ、すくい湯葉、デザートのわらび餅と麩饅頭はいつも同じだけど、
それ以外のお椀とサラダや炊き込みご飯が行くたびに変わるのでそれが楽しみだったりする。
今回は牡蠣の炊き込みご飯。
これも牡蠣の旨味がたっぷり出てなかなか美味しかったので、
おこげのおかわりもしてしまったよ。
湯葉すくいを4回もおかわりしたので流石にお腹いっぱいになって、
家に帰って昼寝→そのまま夜といういい週末を送ることになったのは秘密です。
