名古屋の地下鉄栄駅から徒歩3分ほどの隠れ家的焼き鳥店。
両親とも名古屋コーチンのサラブレッドである”純名古屋コーチン”を使い、
細い串で焼き上げる独特の焼き鳥スタイル。
久しぶり2回目の訪問。
焼き鳥はおまかせだけど今回は刺身を全品注文してみた。
明らかに新鮮で濃厚で深みのある名古屋コーチンのレバを、
串ごとごま油とネギをたっぷりからめていただくレバ刺しは、前回も感動したがやはりうまい!
砂肝も美しい色、コリコリ感が半端ない。
でも今回驚いたのは鶏皮ポン酢!ふわふわとした食感、全く臭みもない。
鶏皮ってこんなに美味しいんだと驚いてしまう。
串は最初のつくねからものすごいレア、これはすごい。
それ以外の串でも、やはり名古屋コーチンの肉質のすごさを味わえる。
総じて塩は強めだがギリギリの加減、酒が進む。
レバーなんかは刺身でもそうだったけど味がかなり濃厚で驚くし、
胸肉も全くぱさぱさした感じがなくて肉の旨味を楽しめる仕上がり。
皮やぼんじりはカリッとした感じの焼きでこれまた印象的。
スープも旨味たっぷりで薬膳っぽい香りがした。これは前回から進化している。
締めは前回食べられなかった親子丼にしてみたけど、
出てきてびっくり、ささみと卵黄が乗ったもので思った親子丼とはだいぶ違っていた。
これはこれで美味しいけど、TKGで十分かもしれないね。
お会計はひとり1万円といったところ。
お酒もそれなりに飲んだしこれだけ名古屋コーチンを堪能できてこの価格はいいね。
