一番高級な「希(のぞみ)会席」を予約。
やはり高級なだけあり、満足度は高いです。
前菜は飛騨牛から始まり、
「本日のお造り」は、愛知県豊浜産の天然真鯛、
「旬の炙り」は、目鯛の幽庵焼きでした。
「トロ」は本鮪。「本日の3貫」は、静岡産の金目鯛、カラスミたっぷりの熊本天草産の小鰭、北海道産生帆立。
それから殻までいただける「車海老」、「ウニといくらの小丼」をいただきました。そして、「海鮮の酢の物」。こちらは蛸と槍烏賊の酢の物でさっぱり。さらに「旬彩のサラダ仕立て」という、焼きハマスと水菜を使用したサラダでかなりお腹が満たされてきました…。( ´ ▽ ` )
でもまだまだお寿司は続きます。雲丹のソースがかかった鮑、「本日の5貫」は鹿児島産の島鯵、愛知県産天然平目、愛媛宇和島産カンパチ、金沢産のノドグロ、長崎対馬産の穴子。
そして、本鮪の「トロタク巻」で〆。
逸品料理も楽しめ、握り寿司も堪能できる会席コースでした。全部で21品もあるのでしっかりお料理を楽しみたい方にはおすすめです。
