博多と言えば、やっぱもつ鍋でしょう( ̄∇ ̄)
と言うことで、博多でダラダラ過ごしたこの日の晩飯はもつ鍋。
「表邸」
友人が予約しておいてくれたのは、TVや雑誌で話題の「元祖塩もつ鍋」が有名で、他には「呼子の活けイカ」など新鮮なお造りもいただけるお店。
さっそくお店に来てみると・・・
「表邸」の名の通り、デカいお屋敷の門のような入り口。
入り口の門をくぐると、玄関まで20mくらい薄暗い通路がある。
そうそう。お屋敷って門から玄関までの距離が異常に長いよね(笑)
そして玄関に到着すると・・・
お~、これは料亭の雰囲気!←行ったことないけど(^^;)
綺麗に磨き上げられた廊下にはエンボス加工のような凸凹があり、酔っぱらって滑ることもない(笑)
案内された部屋は個室で落ち着いた高級そうな雰囲気( ̄▽ ̄)
いただいた料理は・・・
・前菜盛り合わせ
お造り3種に冬瓜のそぼろ煮、スモークサーモンのサラダといなり寿司でサクッと空腹を紛らわす(笑)
・馬刺しとトロの刺身
新鮮な馬刺しを九州の甘口醤油とにんにくでいただく。これは絶品(≧▽≦)b
・茶碗蒸し
くず餡で覆われた優しく上品な味の茶碗蒸し。これも旨かった!
・がめ煮
筑前地方の郷土料理で筑前煮とも言われる。煮物好っきゃねん(笑)
・イカの天ぷら
ぷりぷりの新鮮なイカをサクサク衣の天ぷらでいただく。塩でいただくのも旨いが、甘い醤油でいただくのもおすすめ!!
・カワハギ肝醤油
濃厚なカワハギの肝と甘口の醤油がプリプリの新鮮な身に絡みついて絶品。
・塩もつ鍋
もつから出る脂がキャベツやニラ、葱などの野菜と融合し、それは得も言われぬ異次元の旨さ!!
あっさりしているので、もつと野菜をお代わりしちゃった( *´艸`)プププ
〆はちゃんぽんと雑炊で最後の汁一滴まで堪能した。
・ゆずシャーベット
お口の中のもつ鍋の脂をリセットする冷んやりデザートでフィニッシュ!
雰囲気のいいお店で、これだけの料理に飲み放題をつけて一人6000円は超破格!!
いや~本場のもつ鍋。マジ旨でした~(≧◇≦)
